Tangle Frames

Our bespoke wooden tangle frames are carefully designed and hand crafted from UK grown hardwood to provide years of open ended play.

Made from locally sourced sustainably coppiced sweet chestnut our wooden climbing frame will provide a long lasting, exiting play feature that is as good for the planet as it is the children (and adults) that play on it.

Sweet chestnut is an extremely durable timber that will outlast any treated softwood play equipment.

The process 

Many of our wooden tangle frames installations are tailor made to our clients specific needs. We will ask for a few photos of the area you have available along with approximate measurements and a few ideas of the type of play feature you are wanting.

We will then produce a design free of charge, this may be the perfect frame for you or can be a starting point for discussions to refine your ideas. We are happy to bounce ideas until we reach a design that you are truly happy with and will be proud of for many years.

Equally if you have seen a climbing frame or feature in the galleries on our website that you like please send us a screenshot, let us know where you are in the country (we install throughout the whole of the UK) and we’ll be happy to send a quote.
