Delivery
The cost of delivery for your order is given in your shopping basket, and again at the checkout, before you place your order.
For UK mainland orders:
- Courier £5.95 + vat
- Pallet £50.00 + vat
- Over £450 (ex VAT) delivery is free
For Highlands, Islands and off-shore UK:
- Delivery will be charged for orders over £450 (ex VAT)
- Please contact us for a quote
Your shop order will be delivered to you, to the address you supply, within two weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays). If for any reason we are unable to fulfil this we will let you know.
If you need your order to be delivered sooner do let us know when you place your order by filling in the comments box.
Standard delivery is between 9am-5pm. If you need your delivery at a specified time, a £15.00 additional charge will be required.
Sometimes, but rarely, we won’t yet have made the items in your order. Or maybe you are ordering a special, bespoke order. In these cases we will keep you informed so you know when to expect your items.
If your goods are damaged or your order is incomplete or incorrect, please let us know within 7 working days of delivery. For non delivery of orders, notification must also be made within 7 working days. Unfortunately, claims outside this period will not be accepted.
Refused deliveries will incur a return fee. This will vary depending on the order and which delivery method was used. If a re-delivery request is made you will be re-charged the initial delivery fee, plus the return fee.
If a courier has not been able to deliver an order, a return fee plus an admin fee would need to be charged. If a re-delivery request is made, you will be re-charged the initial delivery fee, plus the return fee and any further costs incurred.
