This set of five fixed stepping logs with cross hatching can be used to create trim trail style obstacles, connect other play features or form an stand alone feature. They varying in height to create a fun and challenging play feature.
Cut from logs approximately 150mm – 200mm diameter by 800 – 1000mm high allowing 450mm below ground level (let us know if you would like them all the same height).
While our standard stepping logs provide a good amount of grip some customers prefer the added assurance of additional cross hatching.
Each log is made from peeled, sanded and oiled ash, chestnut or oak to give a long lasting, tactile play feature.
We recommend 450mm of each log is buried below ground level with 350mm concrete around the base, allowing for 100mm of soil to cover the concrete.
